GET BIDS
Get bids on your booth
Tell us what you need once. Get quotes back from the people who actually do each part.
Getting quotes for a trade show booth normally means describing the same project five times to five companies, then waiting a week.
This is one brief. It goes to the people who handle each piece — the rental house, the graphics shop, the labor crew, the LED team — and each one quotes the part they actually do.

What you’ll get back
A real number, not a range. Enough detail to compare against anything else you’re holding.
An itemized quote. Structure, graphics, labor, freight and drayage estimates broken out separately — so you can see what’s driving the cost rather than getting one figure at the bottom.
The deadlines that apply to your show. Discount cut-offs, advance warehouse dates, graphics deadlines. Missing these is the most common way an exhibit budget grows after it’s approved.
What we need from you
The more specific you are, the more useful the number. If you don’t know something — booth size, whether you’re inline or island, what your budget is — say so. “Not sure” is a real answer on every question and it’s better than a guess.
